Standard Delivery service is delivery within two to five working days*.

Express Delivery service is delivery on the next working day when the order is placed before 3pm* **.* Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe that the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address of PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.**There are certain postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within the timescales stated under Express Delivery, including, but not limited to, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Please allow extra time for the items to arrive.

The Dremel eshop only delivers to the United Kingdom to include the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

The Dremel eshop delivers to UK domestic addresses using our transport service providers. The transport service provider may offer the opportunity to re-direct the delivery to a local collection point.

We accept payment via major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club.

The following conditions apply for all promotional codes issued by the Dremel eshop, unless stated otherwise.

Usability:- Only promotional codes issued by the Dremel UK eshop may be used.- Promotional codes are valid only on https://shop.dremeleurope.com/gb/en/ (i.e. online only).- Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.- Only one promotional code can be used per order.- Only one promotional code per purchase can be redeemed for each customer.- It is not permitted to use a promotional code in combination with other promotional codes.- Each promotional code can only be used once.- Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash payments.- Certain products may be excluded from the offer.- Dremel reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or cancel a promotion at any time without further notice.- Use of promotional codes by resellers is not tolerated and Dremel reserves the right to cancel orders which are deemed to display reseller behaviour, or where the purchase behaviour of the customer is seen to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.Validity:Promotional codes are only redeemable for a limited period of time and are no longer valid once the date specified on the voucher has passed.
